Born in OKC to the late Alvin and Clara Laughlin. Preceded in death by Sharon Shaw, his beloved wife of 47 years; brothers: Gene and Saucey Laughlin. Retired Mercy Hospital. Member of Springdale Baptist Church, Amity Lodge, 32 Degree Mason, Guthrie Scottish Rite, Narme Chapter Eastern Star, India Temple Shrine, Devan Staff, German Shepard breeder and trainer, OKCPD and USAF. Visitation Friday Nov. 25 from 4-7 PM at Vondel Smith/South. Celebration service 10:00 AM Saturday Nov 26 at Springdale Baptist Church. Graveside to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens. He is survived by a son Carl Laughlin, Jr. and wife Marie, NC; daughter Robin Riddle and husband Mike, NC; three grandchildren Brandi Abergast and husband Rob, NC, Kenneth Black and wife Cindy, NC, Cassandra Kingsley, NC; seven great grandchildren Connor and Caleb Abergast, NC, Neena, Randy and Abigail Black, NC, Seyerah Basden and Khailyn Tew, NC; sister Wilma Mullings and husband Kenneth, OKC; and brother Pete Laughlin.
