Viewing will be 4-8 Tuesday at Vondel Smith Mortuary, S Western. Services to celebrate her life will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at South Lindsay Baptist Church, 3300 S Lindsay Ave.

Don Ellen, 74, got her wings on June 24, 2016. Don Ellen was born March 24, 1942 in Shawnee, OK to John Harry & Alberta Dyer. She married her sweetheart, Roger Lee Cox & together was blessed with 47 years of marriage before his death on Jan 26, 2016. She retired from Tinker AFB and also obtained her cosmetology license, later becoming a consultant for Mary Kay & Avon. She had many hobbies, including a love of worship with her church family, music, singing, traveling and shopping. Her caring heart & contagious smile will be missed. Preceded in death by her parents, sister, husband, and children. She is survived by her grandchildren: Teri, Travis, & Allison; great-grandchildren: Dawson, Kaelynn & Bryson; and sister & best friend, Denise Hay.
