Carolyn Sue Ramsey entered Heaven’s gates on Monday, February 27, 2017 at the age of 84. The daughter of Harold and Virginia Cape, Carolyn was born February 26, 1933 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After graduating from Capitol High School, Carolyn married her sweetheart, Charles Edward Ramsey 1951 and together shared more than 50 years of marriage and raising a family until his passing on April 23, 2001. In addition to being a loving wife, devoted mother and dedicated homemaker, Carolyn also worked as a bookkeeper for Lynn Printing Company for many years. In her spare time, Carolyn enjoyed such activities as working in her flower beds, gardening and was an avid Bridge player, but most of all she loved spending time with her family who will miss her deeply.

She was preceded in death by her:
Husband of 50 years, Charles Ramsey;
Son, Charles Ramsey;
Parents, Harold and Virginia Cape;
Brother, Chester Cape.

She leaves behind her loving family:
Son, Harold Ramsey and his wife, Patty;
Daughter, Carol Durham;
Grandchildren: Joshua Ramsey, Joshua Durham, Sarah Ramsey, and Sarah Pollock;
Sister, Corinne Burkhart and her husband, Sonny;
Brother, Lester Cape;
Cousin, Charles Carpenter and his wife Barbara;
Many nieces, nephews and friends.
