Condolence: It is with heartfelt sadness that I leave these words. I have known James for several years. He was a dedicated member of the Community Action Agency Board when I became a member approximately 10 years ago. His warm smile and caring ways will be sincerely missed. May God's peace be with you during this time of loss and grief.

Condolence: James was a board member where I work, for as long as I have worked here. He has brought a joke and a laugh to us every meeting he attended. Sometimes, we laughed at how awful the joke was, and sometimes how funny. We all looked forward to seeing which it would be this time. Sometimes it was both, and we were always delighted. He was always a gracious person. I sat next to him at every meeting and I appreciated the person he was. The last meeting he just attended, I thought to myself how cute, happy and dapper he looked and how he inquired after Carol Titus worried because she had not attended. Caring about others even though he was apparently a little under the weather still himself. He was still in great spirits as he was almost every time I ever spoke to him. I will miss sitting next to him and listening to his jokes, his charming personality and good will toward others. Good man. I wish his family and wife all the peace they can find in knowing what a pleasure he was to be around and how much I know we will all miss seeing and hearing him at board meetings.
