Visitation for Mr. Ball will take place Thursday April 27 and Friday April 28 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary 6934 S. Western Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73139. Services celebrating his life will be Saturday April 29 at 9:00 at the funeral home.

Garry Rex Ball passed away April 25, 2017. The son of James Rex & Anna Mae (Love) Ball, Garry promptly arrived on his due date, December 10, 1953 in Enid, OK. After graduating from Moore High School, Garry met & married Cassandra “Cassie” Toney & together shared more than 41 years of marriage. While raising their family, he worked with his father in the title business for 28 years and then went into retail, working at Sears until retiring in 2016. Most recently he was fortunate to work with his son at Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City. Garry was a huge fan of OU football and Oklahoma City Thunder. One of his favorite pastimes was watching his grandson excel at sports at Highland West Jr. High. Garry was known for his sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh. He will be remembered for his big heart. Garry was a devoted husband, loving father & uncle, doting grandfather, and loyal friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Garry was preceded in death by his:
Parents, Rex & Anne Ball;
Sister, Trecia (Ball) Ellis.
