Subhash Chander Verma, age 71, passed away on May 1, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Lata Verma for 41 years. Subhash was born in Lahore and grew up in New Delhi. He worked for his family’s jewelry business and later moved to the United States in an effort to expand it. He was an avid gardener, extremely outgoing, and loved spending time with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Nand Lal and Sheela Verma. He is survived by his wife Lata Verma; his sons Salil and Neeraj Verma; his younger siblings Veena Rajput, Ramesh Verma, Anjali Gombar, Indu Sehdev, and Rajesh Verma; and his grandchildren Devan and Akash Verma. Services will take place on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Vondel Smith Mortuary located at 13125 N MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73142.
