Services to celebrate his life will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, July 20, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Moore, 301 NE 27th St Moore, OK

Glen “Bud”, 89, went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2017. The son of William & Roena Robison, Bud was born Oct 2, 1927 in OKC. After graduating from Capitol Hill High School, He honorably served his country in the US Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. Upon his return from the service, Bud married his sweetheart, Vinita Marie Suttle, and began a lifelong career working in the lumber industry. He worked as a salesman for Rounds & Porter Lumber Co. until his retirement after 43 years. A hardworking man of many talents, Bud was a true “Mr. Fix-It” and “Jack of all trades” who especially enjoyed woodworking. He was truly a devoted family man who loved the Lord and his family with all of his heart. A lifetime resident of the OKC area, Bud was a longtime member of Capitol Hill Baptist & First Baptist Church of Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Mary, Carl, Ralph, Charlie, Ruth, Ester, Bill and one grandchild, Colby Morrison. He leaves behind his loving family: wife of 67 years, Vinita Robison; son, Mark Robison & wife Marji; daughter, Glenda Comfort & husband Mike; grandchildren: Rylie Morrison, Logan & husband Todd Thornton, Alexandra Robison & Breanna Robison; great grandchildren: Bryce & Raegan Thornton; and many other loving family & friends.
