Rhoeana, 88, went peacefully to be with the Lord on August 1, 2017. The daughter of Percy and Grace Viola (Hill) Coulter, Rhoeana was born July 8, 1929 in Gotebo, OK. She married her sweetheart, Frank George Borden on July 3, 1947 and together shared more than54 years of marriage and raising their family. In addition to being a loving wife and devoted mother, Rhoeana enjoyed most of all being with her family, traveling and bowling in the Senior Bowling League. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Rhoeana was preceded in death by her parents, husband and baby sister, Nova Lee Coulter. She leaves cherished memories with her daughter, Tina Mount and husband Tim; son, Steve Borden and wife Mickey; brother, Charles Coulter and wife Linda; sister, Shirley Drumb and husband Doug; grandchildren: Melissa Roach and husband Justin, Andrea Peterson and husband Eric, Steve Borden and wife Jen, Reagan Hardy and Jessica Rice; great-grandchildren, Braxton and Brayden Peterson, Alex and Walker Roach, Jordan Duncan, Jo Caldwell, TyAnn Caldwell and Rian Borden; and numerous loving family and friends. Viewing will be 4-8 PM on August 4, 2017 at the funeral home. Services to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the Vondel Smith South Lakes Chapel with burial to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
