Joey, 57, went to be with the Lord on August 8, 2017. The son of Joseph and Geneva (Richardson) Dean. Joey was born October 17, 1959 in OKC. He provided a warm and loving home for his family by working for the US Government for 40 years. Joey worked at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) as an Aircraft Scheduler Supervisor. Joey was a member of South Lakes Church, and he loved the Lord with all his heart as was evident by the impact he had on people’s lives with his kindness, compassion and love shown to others. Joey’s granddaughters were his pride and joy. He loved his family wholeheartedly and will be deeply missed by all. Preceded in death by his parents. He leaves cherished memories with his loving wife of 39 years, Debra Kaye (Daniels) Dean; Sons, Joey Dean II and wife Kristi, Andrew Dean, and Alexander Dean and wife Heather; Brother, Marty Dean; Grandchildren, Keira Dean and Everly Dean; Nephew Charles Holmes; and numerous family and friends. Viewing will be 12 to 8 PM with family greeting friends from 4 to 6 PM at the funeral home. Services to celebrate his life will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, August 14, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Moore, 301 NE 27th street, with burial following at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
