Oanh Thuc Dang was born August 25, 1945 in Vietnam the daughter of Suoc Van Pham and Tia Nguyen. She completed this life on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.

She is survived by her husband, Mau Dinh Dang of the home; her brothers, Tap Pham and Thiep Pham; her sisters, Giang Pham, Minh Pham, Bhoung Pham, Trng Pham, Khanh Pham and Van Pham.
