The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Darlyne Scott Franks can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: Darlyne and I were roommates on several trips: Freeport, Bahamas; Vail, Colorado; Scotland, England, Ireland, and Wales. I have so many wonderful memories of cute and funny things she would do or say (and some pictures to go along with those shenanigans). We would visit long after lights were out but she’d be rarin’ to go every morning. My cousin Gary certainly selected a wife who fit into our family as if she had been born into it.
Tori, Tyler, and Logan, my heart goes out to you for the loss of your mother and grandmother. I know you will keep her memory alive through remembrances of special times (homemade cheesecakes and trips) as well as everyday living.
