June Montgomery Parker (Mrs. V. Lloyd Parker) lived for many years in Memphis, Tennesse. She has lived the last few years in Oklahoma City where she was a resident at Legend at Council Road Assisted Living.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. William (Ginger) Johnson of Oklahoma City.

Services will be held in Memphis.
