Condolence: What a blessing it has been to know Wendell. You will be greatly missed. Jamie and Wendell always had a special relationship. Heaven has certainly gained a wonderful man. Prayers and blessings to all the family.

Condolence: Heaven has gained another Angel to look over all of the children in heaven.. My Uncle Wendell was truly a gentle giant. I remember his stories of the wordless book and playing the accordion and the rejoicing in scriptures and songs. I will miss his laughter and fellowship for the Lord. I love you Uncle Wendell. My heart goes out to the family and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Condolence: The world lost a great man but now he is home with Jesus our Lord and Savior. He was always special so I have no doubt he was ordained by God from birth to do God's work. His size and his mild manner made him especially suited for children's ministry. I am so glad to have known him and have him as my Brother. God gained a great person in Heaven. I will miss him terribly.

Condolence: Uncle Wendel was our family Patriarch. He led us spiritually and loved us unconditionally. He will be missed. We all know he is in Heaven. He lived the most true, kind, and spiritual life. I am very sorry for the loss of our beloved Uncle. I have never had a conversation with him that did not include a reminder that he and Jesus love me. God bless you sweet Uncle.

Condolence: I am so sorry for the family’s loss. Death is one of the hardest trials to cope with. May you find comfort from the future promise recorded in Isaiah 25:8 which says “he [God] will swallow up death forever.” We have assurance from God’s word the Bible and we can be certain he will fulfill his words.
