Mary Elaine Lawson joined her Heavenly Father on Monday, October 3, 2011 at the age of 95. Mary was born November 8, 1915 in Nevada, Missouri to her parents, Ira and Martha Elizabeth (Keith) Walker. On August 17, 1937, she married the love of her life, Elmo Lawson in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Mary worked as a daycare teacher for 26 years and volunteered with the WIZ KIDS at Capital Hill Church of God. She was a member of Shartel Church of God in Oklahoma City. Mary was a loving wife, devoted mother and adoring grandmother who will be deeply missed.

Husband, Elmo Lawson;
Son, Terry Lawson;
Brother, Bob Walker;
Sister, Faye Heape.

Mary is survived by her:
Granddaughters: Terrie (Lawson) Ivie and Cindy (Lawson) Read;
4 Great Grandchildren: Christopher Read, Randi Ivie, Jessica (Ivie) Shuster, and Jennifer Read;
4 Great-Great Grandchildren: Bailey Shuster, Kiley Shuster, Mason Read and Vallerie Read.
