Obituary for Cory Ryan Moore

Viewing will be at the funeral home 4-8 PM Saturday and 12-8PM Sunday with family greeting friends 3-6 PM Sunday.

Services to celebrate his life will be held 11:00 AM Monday, Feb 20, 2017 at Moore First United Methodist Church 201 W Main St. Moore, OK, 73160 with burial following at Heritage Burial Park at South Lakes.

Cory, 26, departed this earthly life on February 15, 2017. The son of Kelly Moore & Trenda Plymale, Cory was born August 22, 1990 in Bakersfield, California. He was raised in Taft, California and Moore, Oklahoma. After graduating from Westmoore High School in 2008, Cory started school at OSU/OKC working toward becoming an EMT. In 2013 Cory began working for Univar Chemical Company where he worked as an Operations Supervisor. In his spare time, he enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter. He enjoyed fishing, golf, cooking with his dad and traveling with his wife. He was also a huge sports fan, especially OU Sooner Football & Thunder Basketball, but most of all, he enjoyed being with his family & friends. On June 06, 2015, he married Tarah Collins in Oklahoma City. Cory was a loving, fun, intelligent and a hardworking man and will be remembered for his love for his family. He will be deeply missed each day.
