Condolence From: A Wilder
Condolence: I would like to extend my condolences to the family of Douglas Stone. We can always rely on the God of comfort to help us endure any obstacles or hardships, especially the loss of a dear loved one. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4). Our loving Heavenly Father has given us the wonderful assurance that we can see our loved ones again by means of a resurrection to an earth transformed into a beautiful paradise.

Condolence From: Lois Williams-Gates
Condolence: I didn't have the privilege of knowing Doug, but grew up among many of the older members of his family. God has welcomed him into his precious heaven and the light of His face. I pray that the Stone family is washed with the Lord's calming peace at this most difficult time. My sincere sympathies lie with you all.

Condolence From: Theresa Bassett
Condolence: My condolences to the Stone families. I'm sorry to hear about the untimely loss of dear Douglas. Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss include Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up". And the Bible also says "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will forever reside upon it". Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection. This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering.
