Condolences

Condolence From: Scott Broussard
Condolence: Charlotte, Jamie and Jimmy, Laurie and I, Corey and Taylor are so brokenhearted right now after learning of Jim's passing. So many wonderful memories of your family and Jim are coming back to the surface and I am just so very sorry for your loss and that we did not come back to visit more once we moved away. You and Jim were always so wonderful and generous to our family. I remembered the trips to see OU and the Cubs spring training. We would not have been able to do that without you. He was such a great man and friend to me and will be dearly missed. God Bless You All and be with you during this time of sorrow. We love you very much, Scott, Laurie, Corey and Taylor Broussard

Condolence From: Harriet Monsees
Condolence: I think I have the correct Inskeep family; if so, I had his son in my speech class at Red Oak Elementary a number of years ago. I remember Mr. Inskeep told me during an IEP meeting that he was moving his family to Newcastle as he thought that would be a good environment for his children. I have since retired, but Jimmy was one of the students whom I thoroughly enjoyed having in my class. I know your father will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My husband, Jim, is a Shriner who was inducted in the last ceremony that was held. He will be making his second trip to Shreveport the end of this month. I'm sure any future trips he might make will be a reminder of your husband and father. Fondly, Harriet and Jim Monsees

Condolence From: Terri & Kerry Bates
Condolence: Dear Charlotte, Jamie and Jimmy, No words can express how my heart is breaking for you at this time. Jim was an exceptional man, a loving husband and a very proud dad. But what I will miss so much is the happiness and joy that he brought to those in his presence. He could make people smile and laugh without even trying and he was so dedicated to his passion: giving to others. He always had an open heart to those in need and always knew how to make their worries go away, even if just for a short time. You could tell he enjoyed seeing the light in kid's eyes when he would entertain them, while in costume or not. There will be a void in our community that cannot be filled, but that void will contain many good lasting memories. Hold on tight to each other and know that we are here if you need us. - Terri and Kerry Bates

Condolence From: Dustin and Bridgette Wallace
Condolence: Charlotte and kids, Dustin and I are so sorry for the loss of such a wonderful man. Jim meant so much to so many people. He had a zest for life and was always so filled with joy and laughter. Dustin and I consider it such a honor to have been blessed enough to have him in our life; even if only for a short time. Jaime he was so proud and happy about your upcoming wedding. Jimmy he considered you not only a son, but a friend. He talked about you both so much. Charlotte anyone who had the pleasure of being around the two of you could tell how truly in love with you he was. It just beamed from his face, he never had to say a word. We were simply heartbroken to hear the world had lost this wonderful man with such a happy, kind heart. Please know that if your family needs anything we will be there for you in anyway we can. We love you all, and pray that you will have peace in your hearts during this tragedy. Jim is gone from this world, but he isn't gone forever and is watching over us all. Just the way he always did before.

Condolence From: David and Kim Brown
Condolence: Jim's greatest asset and passion was his family. The love shared within your family is evident in your eyes, smiles and lives. He never missed an opportunity to express his pride in his children and the joy he shared with you, Charlotte. He lived his life to the fullest, grabbing a hold of the excitement in the smallest of accomplishments and the joys in the largest. We would be so priviledged if our lives reflected even a small portion of your lives together and if our children became the amazing individuals that Jamie and Jimmy have become. Our hearts aches for you and wishes and prayers are extended that in time, your sadness will ease. Please take solace in that your lives have been blessed with his presence but now you can continue to carry on his blessings to the world in each smile you bare. One call day or night, we will be there!
