Guise Nathan Hieu Nhat Nguyen
September 12, 2004 - April 30,2023

Nathan Hieu Nhat Nguyen passed away suddenly in the early morning hours on Sunday, April 30, 2023 after being involved in a tragic car accident.
Nathan was only 18 years old. He was set to graduate from Westmoore High School in just a few weeks and begin a new journey as young adult.

Nathan was born on September 12, 2004 at 12:23am at Integris Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon, Oklahoma. He was a 6lb adorable baby boy that had silky black hair and the longest arms and legs. His entrance into this world was very special as the first grandson in our family. He was beautiful! As an infant, he was gentle and hardly cried. As he grew, he had a troop of loved ones that included his mother, father, stepfather, grandmother, aunts and uncles that greatly influenced who he grew to become. They made sure his heart remained pure and gentle. He was guided by the best so he could be the best he was.

As a young boy, Nathan loved to go swimming, soccer, play with Legos, help his mom cook meals, spend time with his cousins, play at the park, and video games like Minecraft and Roblox. The two things he disliked as a child and teen was roller coasters and bicycles. He always tried to avoid amusement parks due to his fear of heights but would bravely ride along with his beloved girl cousins, his best friends.

As a teenager, Nathan played football at Brink Junior High. He wasn’t the star player or the most active player, but he loved being part of the team. He was the funny guy, the class clown, the one you’d want to be around if you needed a good laugh. He enjoyed traveling to new cities, fine dining and trying new and exotic food, a love for high fashion with favorites like Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga shoes, very shiny diamond earrings, video games and recently had an interest in computers. He also loved playing and entertaining his baby sister Phoebe. He showed her kindness and a special love that formed a unique unbreakable bond. This special relationship they had was very well noticed. Phoebe adored Nathan to the fullest and loved her brother endlessly as did he.

Nathan was admired and adored by his family and friends. He lit up rooms with his presence and brought in his unique personality and charisma that attracted so many. One particular humorous memory everyone will most likely remember is when Nathan would wear puffers and hoodies in hot weather. We always thought that was hilarious. He was very loyal and the bestest guy friend you could have. He had many “brothers from another mother” all throughout his short lifetime and his caring heart has affected so many people. His laughter and memories will forever have a special place within our hearts and will be greatly missed.

Though the light you gave us has set, we will meet in another life, Nathan.
Forever 18 but never forgotten. May your sweet soul rest in heavenly peace.

We the family wish to thank everyone for all of your love and support during our time of bereavement. Knowing that one day everyone will cross the same threshold, it is comforting to know in our time of need, there are special people like you.
