He married Rosemary Donovan on October 19, 1963 in Albert Lea, MN. His career moved them to Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Chicago, Illinois before settling in Oklahoma City in 1970. Dick was a very dedicated and hardworking man. He retired from Wilson Foods (Tyson) after 44 years.
Dick was a devoted husband, father, Papa, brother, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed golfing, daily exercise, reading, and keeping up with Fox News. He was very proud of his family and grandchildren.
