Visitation will be at Vondel Smith Mortuary at South Lakes, Thursday December 29, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 PM with the family available to greet friends between 6:00 & 8:00 PM

Funeral Services will be held at First Christian Church Moore (629 NW 12th St. Moore, OK) 2:00 PM Friday, December 30, 2016 with burial following at Heritage Burial Park (4000 SW 119th St.)

Alice Jean Dunlop entered Heaven's gates on December 26, 2016 at the age of 72 years. The daughter of Ellsworth "Shorty" Terry and Alice (Kimzey) Terry, she was born August 10, 1944 in Oklahoma City, where she spent the remainder of her life. After graduating from Capitol Hill High School in 1962 she began a 17 year career with the Federal Government, she then opened "Especially For You" Bridal Salon, which she operated for the next 17 years. As if two careers weren't enough, in 1997 she became a national sales representative for Ganz Gift Company, and retired in December, 2014. On December 20, 1968 she married Les Dunlop in Oklahoma City, where the two combined their families. Alice loved her family and anyone that met her was given an extensive explanation as to why. She took great pride and much joy in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Alice's welcoming spirit allowed her to make anyone and everyone feel special in many ways. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi where she made many friends. Friendship was very important to her, she remained in close contact with a group of girlfriends from elementary school, who she loved dearly. Alice's giving spirit & lovable personality have been passed through the generations, and will always be cherished.

11 great-grandchildren:

Madeline Sandburg, Rudy Henninger, Braxton Shatley, Camden Larhman, Elliot Lahrman, Cooper Clark, Rex Henninger, Caden Sandburg, twins Boston & Baron Bowker, Amelia Shatley, & one Fisher Clark expected in 2017

as well as a host of extended family & close friends.
