IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Alisha Dawne
Spencer
November 19, 1986 – March 4, 2025
Alisha Dawne Spencer, fondly known as "Allie Katt" by her family and friends, was taken from this world all too suddenly on March 4, 2025 at the age of 38. The daughter of Myra Lynn (Ahner) and Ronald Aaron Spencer, Alisha was born on November 19, 1986 in Ada, Oklahoma. Alisha grew up attending OKC public schools having attended Columbus Elementary and US Grant High School. After school, Alisha began working at the PLS Check cashing company, where she was a cashier for 4 and a half years. A proud member of the Cheyenne Arapaho Native American Tribe, Alisha always enjoyed learning and participating in her heritage and cultural. One of her most favorite events was to attend a pow-wow ceremony. She was active in helping others, especially the furry and four-legged kind. Alisha absolutely loved animals and was always trying to help save any kind of animal and help it find a place to call a fur-ever home. When Alisha wasn't working, rescuing animals, she could often be found swimming or taking her kids and nephews out for some family fun. Family was of the utmost importance to Alisha and center of her world. Alisha was blessed to be a mom to her two wonderful sons, Adham and Cadience. Being their mother made Alisha's life full of love, eventful, brought purpose and great meaning. Spending time with her boys and family whom she loved with all of her big heart, defined who Alisha was. Her genuineness, generosity and servant's heart were a true testament how big Alisha loved! She loved and lived life with zest and embraced trials and victories with grace! She made the most of her moments, especially those spent with her kids. They were the truest joy and center of Alisha's life. The magnitude of positive inspiration and influence that Alisha had on others has helped shape their lives for joy and success. Alisha wasn't one to sit still very long. Whether she was traveling, supporting her kids in each of their endeavors, out shopping, watching movies, swimming, going to Pow-wows, listening to music, Alisha made many wonderful friends and special memories. Alisha was known for her unapologetic attitude, infectious happiness, and personality such as quick wit, resilience to life's trials, overcoming optimism, compassionate and will be fondly remembered for her strength, laughter, kindness and bold spirit.
