Barbara June Colōn of Oklahoma City passed peacefully on December 6th at the age of 81. She was born on September 11, 1941 in Lawton, OK to her parents Elvin Clay Thomas & Alma Edna (Watson) Thomas, and she was one of eight siblings. On September 8, 1956, Barbara married Manuel J. Colōn, and the two established a family in Oklahoma City. They were blessed with 3 loving children David, Barbara, and Michael. The love of her life, Manuel, passed on April 16, 2006, and he was missed every day following. For many years she worked as a seamstress repairing the casino workers uniforms before her retirement. During her retirement, she took the time to relax and enjoy the fruits of her labor. One of her favorite things to do was spoil her Chihuahua Bella Ann with love and lots of treats! But most of all, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed evermore.

Brother, Ray Thomas
Grandchildren: Melanie Colōn; Jessey Richardson & her husband Jeremy Richardson; Gary Harris; & Monte Jones; Ashley Colōn; Alana Bond
And Eight Great-grandchildren.
