Barbara Sue McGalliard was welcomed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 7, 2012 at the age of 71. The daughter of John and Irene Klutts, Barbara was born February 4, 1941 in Stratford, Oklahoma. Barbara was raised and attended school in the Stratford area. She was a graduate of East Central University. Barbara taught school in Texas and Oklahoma Public Schools Systems for over 23 years. On August 23, 1963, Barbara married the love of her life, Leslie McGalliard in Ada, Oklahoma. Together they raised their children Jana and Michael in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was a loving wife, devoted mother and doting grandmother who will be deeply missed. Barbara was preceded in death by her: Parents; Infant Sister, Ramona Klutts. Barbara is survived by her: Husband of nearly 50 years, Leslie McGalliard; Daughter, Jana Cook and her husband, Doug; Son, Michael McGalliard and his wife, Jennifer; Sister, Doris Bowles; 7 Grandchildren; As well as many extended loving family and friends.
