Bennie Dale Tipton, 92, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2025 in Noble, Oklahoma. Ben was born on December 9, 1932 in Eakly, Oklahoma to Virgil Arlen Tipton & Carrie Mae Bella Walters.

Ben married Bonnie Colleen Driskill in August 1952, they shared 56 years together before her passing on October 16, 2008. Ben married Carmolita Bledsoe on March 20, 2010, they were immensely blessed with 15 years together.

Ben served in the U. S. Air Force for four years before answering the call to the ministry. His 55 years of ministry included pastoring, evangelizing, & serving 42 years as an Assemblies of God missionary to Africa, as well as other areas of the world. Ben was a powerful prayer warrior with miraculous testimonies & a mentor to many.

He is preceded in death by his wife Colleen; parents Virgil & Mae Tipton; brother Arlen Tipton; niece Debbie Tipton, & his son Jonathan Tipton.

He is survived by his wife Carmolita Tipton; daughter Rindi Tipton; niece Rita Rodgers (Rusty); grandson Jonathan Wallingford (Elizabeth); great grandsons Richard & JV; step-daughters Jana Higgins & Julie Barron (Danny); step-sons Jon Bledsoe (Jennifer) & Joel Bledsoe (Anne-Marie); step-grandsons Aaron Higgins (Alyssa), Nathan Barron (Valarie), Nick Barron, Ethan Bledsoe, Caleb Bledsoe, & Evan Bledsoe; step-granddaughters Hayley Maggia (Zack), Olivia Bledsoe, & Ava Bledsoe.

Ben will be deeply missed, by his loving & adoring family & the countless numbers of lives he touched throughout his ministry.

Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM Thursday with the family present to greet friends at Vondel L. Smith & Sons Mortuary 4000 S. W. 119th OKC, 73173.

Services to honor and celebrate his life will be held at 10 AM on Friday, October 17, 2025 at Capitol Hill Assembly of God 2400 W I-240 Service Road OKC 73159.
