Bertha, 97, blessed this earth on Feb 15, 1924 and went to bloom in Heaven's garden on Sept 22, 2021. Bertha loved gardening, working in her flowerbeds & the fresh spring flowers was her favorite time of year. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hermon Schott; son Henry Foos; grandson, Wesley Wood; and 3 great grandsons. Survivors include her children: George Schott & wife, Helen; Kathleen Bishop & husband, Jackie; and Carol Wood & husband, Eddie. Grandchildren; Kari Price; Kristie Wolf; Tracy Phillips; Ginna Waddell; Dena Rogers; Kara Penington; Jeffrey Wood; and Wesley Wood. Plus 24 Great Grandchildren; and 2 Great, Great Grandchildren. Bertha had many Garage Sales during the past Forty+ years and donated all the proceeds to the Church's Children's Camp each year. And the biggest joy in her life was working for almost 50 years in the May Avenue Wesleyan Church nursery where she had a huge impact on the lives of many children.
