Betty Lou (Sheppard) DiBello was born December 7, 1927 at Idalou, Texas to James Forrest and Eula Clara (Blakley) Sheppard. She died Friday, May 22, 2015 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Betty came to Oklahoma City in 1955 from Stratford, Oklahoma. She was a long time member of Selecman United Methodist Church. She was a past President and Treasurer for the Selecman United Methodist Women and also served as Financial Secretary for Selecman United Methodist Church. Betty had worked at Tinker Air Force Base as a Warehouse Inspector and cooked at various schools including Roosevelt, Jefferson and Grant. Betty also cooked at Dodson's Cafeteria at the Redding Shopping Center. Betty was preceded in death by: • Her Parents • Her Husband, Ignatius Victor (I.V.
