The only daughter born to Herman Edward Adams and Phyllis Mae Adams on November 5th , 1937, in Indianapolis Indiana. She grew up attending schools in Indianapolis and attended college at Butler University. On May 31, 1957 she married her
childhood sweetheart and the love of her life, Floyd Lawrence Runyon and together they shared more than 68 years of marriage together. This union of marriage was blessed with two daughters. Beverly was a loving and supportive Army wife to Larry, moving all over the world while he served for over 33 years. She made every new assignment a home within days. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and homemaker. She was very passionate about NASCAR and horse racing, was a talented choreographer and dancer and participated in many plays and musicals throughout her life. Her Bible study group of sisters were treasured and a part of her life in fellowship. Beverly embraced style, joy and a presence that was noticed whenever she stepped into a room. Most notable was her devotion to Jesus Christ, her head of household. This testament alone is what Beverly leaves as her legacy. Her steadfast belief is what
guided her marriage, her devotion to her daughters, family, friendships, and every person in life she touched with her love. She was a faithful servant who witnessed openly and often.
