Bill Ted LeRoy died on July 19, 2015 in OKC. He was born June 24, 1940 to Peggy LeRoy and William Teddy LeRoy in Hutchinson, KS. Ted grew up in Lyons and played sports. He played football at KU in Lawrence, KS. Ted served with the US Marine Corps and played on the US Marine Corps football team and went undefeated in 1959. He also boxed for the US Marine Corps. He was in the Oil and Gas Business his entire life and really enjoyed the prospecting part of the oil business. Ted was currently the co-owner of the Lykan Energy Corp, LLC out of Denver, CO with life time friend Mick Bula. Ted is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cindy; his children Shawn, Amy, and Teddy; and his grandchildren Adam, Paul, Gracie and Elizabeth. He is preceded in death by his mother, father and one step son, Shawn Robb. Ted was a great husband, father, and a wonderful grandpa. His children and grandchildren were the most important things in his life. He will be greatly missed by all of his family. Ted has a presence about him as a husband, dad, granddad or business man and friend.
