Billy L. Norris, 84, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, joined his Heavenly Father December 6, 2009. He was born January 31, 1925 in Cleveland County, Oklahoma to John Neal and Georgia Katherine (Siler) Norris. Bill graduated from Moore High School and on March 12, 1948, married the love of his life, Selma (Chesnut) Norris. He was a farmer and also worked for Wilson Foods, retiring after 37 years of service. Bill enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid deer hunter. He loved the Lord and was a lifetime member of Capitol Hill Church of God. His family and many loved ones will miss him greatly.

Bill was preceded in death by:
• His parents, John Neal and Georgia Kathrine Norris;
• Son, Eldon;
• Sister, Betty Rose McMillan;
• A granddaughter;
• And a great grandson.

He is survived by:
• His wife of 61 years, Selma Norris;
• Sons, Billy Lee, Jr. and wife Bridgette, Kevin, Kent and partner Larry, and Vann and wife Kelley;
• 10 grandchildren;
• 9 great grandchildren;
• 2 great great grandchildren;
• And nieces, Ann and Cathy.
