Viewing will begin at 12 noon Friday, July 11 prior to the funeral service. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, July 11 at the South Colonial Chapel.

Carl Wayne Willyard, 88, passed away June 29, 2025. Carl was born on August 19, 1936 in Sweetwater, Texas. After completing high school, Carl briefly attended college. He worked as a Civil Surveyor. Carl married Jo Ann Graham. They had 2 sons, Rodney "Bo" Willyard and Larry D. Willyard. Together they owned and operated 4 Star Video. Carl is preceded in death by his parents; brother and sisters; wife, Jo Ann Willyard; and son, Larry D. Willyard. He leaves to cherish his memories, son, Bo Willyard and wife Fangfei Xie, daughters in law Cynthia Willyard and Donna Willyard Lee, grandchildren, Kate and Ryan Droll, Seth Willyard, Tai and Kate Willyard, and Camille Willyard, great grandchildren Josephine, Saxer, Elenore, Whitaker, Thatcher Droll, Theodore and Xanthippe Willyard as well as many other family members and loved ones.
