Carolyn Shugart Hall passed away July 4th, 2022, in Oklahoma City. She was born July 27, 1938, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Iva (Bobbie) and Chalmer (Shorty) Shugart. She graduated from Moore High School in 1956, then attended Oklahoma City University. Carolyn was a prior member of both the Insurance Women's Club of Oklahoma City and Desk & Derrick, and was a Past-President of the Oklahoma County Bar Auxiliary. She worked as a legal secretary for 28 years for several law firms in Oklahoma City including Rhodes, Hieronymous, Holloway & Wilson; Brogden & Behrens; Turner, Turner, Green & Braun; and Hornbeek, Krahl, Vitali & Braun, retiring in 2003.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her:
Parents, Iva and Chalmer Shugart.

She is survived by her:
Daughter, Susan Nelson and her husband, Jim;
Son, Scott Hall and his wife, Elizabeth;
Her Cole / Townsend cousins;
Her former husband, father of her children and friend, Robert P. Hall.
