Cecil B. Brown, of Oklahoma City, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the age of 86. He was born on September 3, 1928 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Frank Sam and Lena Mae (Owen) Brown. Cecil was an iron worker in both Oklahoma and California until his retirement. He had a lifelong passion of boating, fishing and barefoot water skiing as well as classic cars, for which he won many awards. He was a gentle and peaceful man, a true gentleman. After retiring, Cecil spent many mornings with his buddies at the coffee shop until he had to say final farewells to them. There is a tremendous reunion with the very best coffee in heaven right now.
