Cesar E. Aita, (Nino), 69, passed away on June 20, 2012 after battling complications caused by advanced diabetes. His immediate family was at his side as the Lord came to take him home. He was born to the late Carlos A. Aita and Leonora A. Gazzo in Lima, Peru. Nino came to the US in 1961 and served in the US Army for 3 years. After serving in the military, Nino dedicated himself to hard work and learning the ins and outs of the restaurant business from Luis Alvarado. He then ventured into business opening Nino's Mexican Restaurant in 1979 and never looked back. He enjoyed working with his employees and getting to know his patrons. Nino was not only a serious business man, but those who knew him well knew that he had a kind heart, a loyal disposition and a humorous mind. He was a good friend to many and will be missed tremendously by all.
