(North) Charles "Chuck" Sullivan, 77, departed this life for his heavenly home on Oct. 10, 2010, after a brief illness. Born in Winona, MS, on July 26, 1933 to Cubie and Mary Jones Sullivan, he grew up in Jackson, MS. A proud Okie since 1969, he was a Radiation Systems Engineer at OU Health Science Center, retiring in 1991. He will be deeply missed by Sue, his wife of 55 years, and his family and friends. Survivors include sons Paul (Lori) Sullivan, granddaughters Tara (Adrian) Savedra, great grandson A. J. Savedra; Tiffany (Chase) Mason, great granddaughter Ava Mason; Steve (Linda) Sullivan, granddaughter Stacy Sullivan; all of OKC; daughter Karen (Blair) Hoey of Huntersville, NC; and brother Paul (dona) Sullivan of Ridgeland, MS. The family will receive friends during viewing from 5-8 PM Wednesday, Oct. 13, at the Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary, 13125 N. MacArthur Blvd. A memorial service will be held at Church of the Servant, Chapel of the Cross, Thursday October 14 at 2 PM.
