Cheryl Lynn Privett went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, April 10, 2023 at her home in Tuttle, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family. Cheryl was 66 years old. The daughter of Alice Irene (Doerfler) and William E. "Bill" Krapff, Cheryl was born on May 26, 1956 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Cheryl grew up attending St James Catholic School and later she graduated from Mount St. Mary High School in 1974 where she was active in Cheer, Spanish and Debate as well as other activities. Throughout the years, Cheryl worked for many different companies including TG&Y, Corken Pump, CR Anthony Co., Century Martial Arts, ClimateMaster Inc., and Big "S" Auto and Tractor Sales, where she worked with her son. Cheryl had a very strong work ethic and took great pride in everything she did. A woman of many special talents and traits, Cheryl used them for the good of blessing everyone she encountered. She was an excellent cook, wonderful baker, skilled seamstress, a lover of fashion, gardening, and decorating. Everything Cheryl did was done with much thought and pride. She took every opportunity to create precious memories and moments for loved ones and friends. A loving wife and devoted mother, Cheryl was the center of the home and family life. In her spare time, Cheryl loved spoiling her dogs, watching the birds in nature, reading books, watching Hallmark movies and serving others. Nothing was more important to her than spending time with her children and grandchildren. Cheryl will be fondly remembered for her deep love for her family and others; her caring and giving spirit, her unwavering strong and independent nature; her wonderful sense of humor and quick wit; her welcoming and inviting compassion for others, and open heartedness to make each and every person feel loved and a welcomed member of the family. There was never a stranger at the table or in the home. Everyone had a special place in her big heart. She will be deeply missed each and every day, but she will forever continue to live on through the hearts of those she dearly loved.
