Cheryl Elaine Cope Svetgoff was born May 18, 1953 in Topeka, Kansas the daughter of William Walter and Lois-Jo Ruth (Bartell) Cope. She completed this life on (date) at the age of (?). Cheryl was raised in Topeka where she graduated from high school. She earned a bachelor's degree from (University). She owned her own business working as a professional seamstress. Cheryl married James Alex Svetgoff on October 3, 1981. They made their home in Oklahoma City where they were members of Heritage Presbyterian Church. Cheryl is survived by her husband of 39 years, Jim; her son, James wade Svetgoff; her daughter, Hannah Thompson and her husband Joseph of Amarillo, TX; her brother, Rodney Cope; her grandchildren, Bennett, Lincoln and Langley Svetgoff, Harper, Ryan, Zechariah, Sadee and Benjamin Thompson. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, March 20, 2021 in Heritage Presbyterian Church, 14500 N. Western Ave. with interment following in Resthaven Cemetery.
