Obituary

Christopher Shannon Peebles, 49, of Oklahoma City, OK died in Fargo, OK on December 10th, 2025.

He was born in Tyler, TX in 1976 to Pattie and Tony Peebles of Woodward, OK. He attended school in Woodward and Oklahoma City. In school, Chris enjoyed playing all kinds of sports, but specifically baseball. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt and fish. Highly competitive by nature, Chris excelled in a wide range of activities - from billiards to anything on land or water. Professionally, his primary focus was home construction and restoration, but his natural talent extended into countless trades and hobbies. His mind was always seeking a challenge and his abilities seemed limitless. Anyone that knew Chris, understood that whatever he did he lived it fully. Friends would describe him as immediately likeable with rare high emotional intelligence. If you knew Chris well, you would have been audience to one of his many forever philosophy sessions. The greatest and most unwavering commitment in his life was to his faith and family.

Chris was preceded in death by his:

Grandmother, Mamie Jo Sutton;

Grandfather, Nobie "Jake" Sutton;

Grandmother, Dorothy Joe Peebles;

Grandfather, Thomas "Carl" Peebles;

Grandmother, Barbara Reichenberger;

Grandfather, Cletus Reichenberger.

Chris is survived by his:

Children: Christopher, Makenzie and Harmony;

Parents: Tony Peebles and Pattie and John Reichenberger;

Sister and Brother-in-law, Sherry and Ryan Williams and their daughter, Keghan Peebles;

Brother, Lee Reichenberger;

Sister and Brother-in-law, Brandi and Nick Freeman.
