Cindy passed away in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the age of 43. She was born on November 22, 1981, in El Paso, TX, to Enrique Ruiz Rodriguez and Sylvia Aguirre de Ruiz.

Cindy was raised in Oklahoma City, OK, with her brothers, Luis, Jorge, and Alonzo, and her sister, Rosa. As a child, she enjoyed dancing and spending time with loved ones.

In 2002, Cindy was blessed with her twin sons, Aaron and Andrez. She loved her sons dearly, and they brought her great joy. Cindy worked with her family at the hospitality and catering company, Elite Staffing Services. Cindy had a wonderful personality and was always kind and courteous to others. In her spare time, Cindy enjoyed singing and dancing. Family was extremely important to Cindy, and she made sure those closest to her knew how much she cared for them.

Cindy will always be remembered for her big smile, her jokes, and her special, spontaneous personality.

Cindy was preceded in death by her daughter Alyssa Ruiz and her brother, Alonzo Ruiz Aguirre.

She is survived by:

Children: Andrez Ruiz and Aaron Ruiz;

Sister: Rosa Ruiz de Hernandez and her husband, Héctor;
