Claudius James "C.J." Acquaye joined his Heavenly Father on June 17, 2022. He was born June 20, 1985 in Midwest City to James Godfred Acquaye and Mina Boah (Ayisi) Acquaye.

He was a beloved son, brother, and friend to all. He was known for his enormous heart and warm smile.

CJ worked for JA Oil Field manufacturing for 20 years. He loved people, music (screw music), and the Pittsburg Steelers. CJ lived his life to the fullest and had no regrets.

CJ is survived by his loving parents James and Mina Acquaye, son, Cyer James Acquaye, love of his life, Cecily Dennea O'Dell and brothers Timothy James Acquaye, Francis Barnor Bampoe and Darian Kris Dyer.

He is predeceased by his brother Jimmy Acquaye
