A memorial service to celebrate Conrad's life will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, November 5, 2021 at Vondel L. Smith & Son South Colonial Chapel (6934 S. Western Ave.) An interment of ashes will follow at the Maysville Memorial Cemetery in Garvin, County, Oklahoma.
Conrad Ruell Lindahl, 84, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away on October 1, 2021. He was born to Leland Abraham Lindahl and Iva Alberta (Jacobs) Lindahl on July 19, 1937 in Clyde, Kansas.
Conrad joined the Navy in 1959, a few days after his 22nd birthday. While stationed in Denver, CO, he met Doris. They married September 10th, 1961, only a few weeks after meeting, for it was love at first sight. They welcomed their first son, Russell, in 1962 and another son, Eric, in 1965.
Shortly thereafter, Conrad moved his small family back to Oklahoma, where his wife, Doris was originally from. They then welcomed their baby girl, Donna in 1971. Conrad worked to support his family by delivering industrial uniforms and linens to various businesses around the state. After more than 30 years of service in the industry, he retired, and spent all of his time with family.
Conrad was preceded in death by his daughter, Donna Lindahl Mongold; wife, Doris Lindahl; and his brothers, A.J. Lindahl, Sam Lindahl, and Dwight Lindahl. He is survived by his brother, Wynn Lindahl; Sons, Russell and Eric. Along with Russell's daughter, Courtney, her husband Sean, and children, Cheyenne and Russ. Son Eric, and his wife, Crystal and her children, Marissa, Robert and Caitlin and Eric's son, Zackary, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Conrad was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.
