Constance Faye (Fae) "Connie" Brown Emptage was born on Tuesday, August 17, 1948 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Frank LaFayette and Faye Imogene (Nored) Brown. She died Tuesday, May 28, 2024 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

On November 7, 1980, Connie married the love of her life, Wes Emptage and happily stepped into the role of wife, mother of 4 and within a few months, grandmother.

Connie gave her life to Christ in 1996 surrounded by her family and she was a member of Southwest Church of Christ.

Connie loved animals and had many beloved pets over the years as well as many strays that she fed and cared for.

Connie enjoyed a successful career as a business woman and she enjoyed knitting, crochet, and needlework, but mostly she loved God and her family.

Connie was preceded in death by:

• Her parents, Frank and Faye Brown

• Her beloved husband, Wesley Wayne Emptage

Survivors include:

• Her children; Malynda Moulton and her husband Bill, David Emptage, Gayla Mays and Debbie Vandegrift

• Thirteen grandchildren; Patti, Kelli, Wesley, Jessica, Cecilia, Amanda, Jonathan, Bailey, McKenzie, Tabitha, Jacob, Jaylee, and Liberty

• Eleven great grandchildren; Landon, Carly, Collins, Alice, Booker, Cole, Damian, Liam, Saunder, Zoe, and Theodore

• Her siblings; sister, Janna (Brown) Cox and brother, Frank Jr. "Buddy" Brown

• Brother-In-Law, Ronn Harris

• Many nieces and nephews and a great many friends

Our lives were better because Connie was a part of them.
