Services to celebrate her life will be 10:00 AM Friday, April 17, 2015 at Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary South Colonial Chapel with burial following at Resthaven Memory Gardens.

Cora, 67, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday Morning, April 14, 2015 in her favorite vacation place, Lake Eufaula. She celebrated her 67th birthday a week ago, on April 7, 2015. She graduated from Central High School in OKC in 1966. Cora & Wayne Ray Pierce were teenage sweethearts & have been married almost 49 years. She was one of the least selfish, most giving people the Lord ever created. She could be feisty, but her heart was bigger than Texas! There are not enough pretty words to describe how her family feels about her. Respiratory problems (COPD) is what took her away from us way too soon.

From Conn & Al; Thank you Mom, love you! We will be coming soon to make messes for you to clean up. You are the best cook ever! We will miss you & we will see you again. Cora is survived by her loving husband, Wayne; sons, Connie Wayne & Allen Ray; daughters-in-law, Marcie & Darlene; grandchildren, Rikki Krattenbuhl, Kyle, Dylan & Marystar Pierce; & numerous other loving extended family members & friends
