Dale N. (Wiggins) Payne, 98 went home to celebrate Christmas with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Dale was born September 20, 1917 at Pooleville, Oklahoma to Edgar and Bonnie Wiggins. She was married to Lacy D. Payne for 67 years. They had two daughters VonCille Daniel & Myra Lynn Durant. She retired from Tinker AFB in 1980. She was preceded in death by parents, sisters Vida Shelton & Rene Sims; brother Von Wiggins; her husband Lacy & daughter Myra. She is survived by her daughter, VonCille; grandchildren, Tracy & Jason Daniel, Kevin & wife Tiffany Durant; great granddauther, Ava Charlotte & several nieces and nephews. She had been an active member of Capitol Hill Assembly of God since March 1968. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Capitol Hill Assembly of God Mission Fund.
