Visitation with the family present will be held on Sunday 2-4 PM & Monday from 6-8 PM

Services to honor & celebrate his life will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Vondel L. Smith Mortuary at South Lakes 4000 S. W. 119th Oklahoma City, OK 73173.

Interment will follow at 2:30 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery Pavilion in McAlester, OK.

David Ray Browne, 70, David went to be with the Lord after a battle with liver cancer on January 18, 2023. David was born in McAlester, OK on March 23, 1952 to Jeddie Ray & Doris June (Cantrell) Browne. He graduated from Moore High School & achieved a Bachelor's Degree from Central State University. David faithfully served his country in the U. S. Army, Air Force Reserves, and National Guard. He retired from T. A. F. B. as an Aircraft Mechanic. David was a big sports fan and he loved his Sooners. He loved talking and spending time with his best friend Lowell Doss and getting together for holidays and birthdays with his family. His hobbies included watching football and taking trips with his daughters Traci and Michelle.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Charles.

He is survived by two daughters, Traci Browne of Moore, Oklahoma and Michelle Browne of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
