Donna Lee Gay, 56, of Oklahoma City, OK, passed away peacefully in her home, Monday, May 29, 2023, with her beloved husband Greg at her side.

Donna Lee Gay, was born January 29, 1967. She was the daughter of Robert Richard Larkin in Oklahoma City and Laura Jean Lenneville in Lampe, Missouri, and was the older sister of Tracy Lynn Endrizzi and Jeannine Marie Lancaster.

Donna attended Mount Saint Mary's High School and later went on to graduate from City College for Computer Repair and Maintenance. She had a great love for music and excelled in many musical instruments and sang regularly for her Church Choir. Donna was a very dedicated member of St. Francis Catholic Church and found the Catholic Church as a place of solace during her life.

In addition to her spiritual dedication, Donna was a committed volunteer for the Oklahoma City Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Sea Scouts. She had an immense passion for the Boy Scouts and spent many hours offering her time as a role model for the youth that she shaped. Donna also enjoyed playing games of all kind, crocheting, knitting and crafting.

Donna was a nurturing person and always made time to care for her friends and family when they were in need. She continued to give care to others even as her own health deteriorated. Anyone who knew Donna, knew that she was always a source of positivity, even throughout the challenges she faced in her life. Donna was a two-time survivor of Hodgkin's lymphoma and also suffered from Type 1 diabetes. Donna managed her pain and suffering with dignity and grace.

Donna is survived by her husband Greg, to whom she was married more than 30 years; her two children, Theo and Jacob Gay; her father Robert Larkin and step-mother Darlene Larkin; her mother Laura Lenneville and step-father Mark Lenneville; her sisters Tracy [Joseph] Endrizzi, Jeannine [Kevin] Lancaster, her step-children Lisa [Jeremy] Roddy, Michele [Scotty] Maynard, Katie Thonen (Zach), and Michael Lenneville (Emily), and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Donna's family and friends will miss her more than words can say.

Funeral Mass for Donna will be held on Saturday, June 17th at 11 am at St. Francis of Assisi Church.
