A Celebration of Life will be held on her birthday, January 7, 2022 at 1:00 pm at New Covenant Christian Church, 12000 N Rockwell, Oklahoma City, OK 73162.

Donna Elise (Lisa) Meeker-Harry passed away December 10, 2021. Lisa was born in Staten Island, New York on January 7, 1953. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Elmira College and her Master's degree in Political Science from Cornell University. Lisa had a love for dogs, fuzzy socks and New England, Rhode Island in particular. She was a devoted grandmother, mother, wife and friend. Known for her wit, strength and compassion, she was quick to send flowers, a card or a delicious meal. Her passion for gardening made Lisa instrumental in starting the flower and vegetable garden at her church, New Covenant Christian, where she served as a youth sponsor and elder for many years.

Lisa was predeceased by her first husband, Barry Meeker; her mother and father, Gertrude and Arnold Petersen; and her sister, Nancy Oberle. She is survived by her loving husband, Mark Harry; daughter and caregiver, Elizabeth Harry; son and daughter-in-law, Lucas Meeker-Harry and Amber Corbin; adored grandson, Ike Harry.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to The Living Memorial Fund at New Covenant Christian Church.
