Earl Timothy “Tim” Ryan, age 78, passed away on February 19, 2026. He was born on August 16, 1947.

Tim retired from Tinker Air Force Base after many years of dedicated service. He was an avid runner who enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing. Above all else, Tim cherished his family, and his grandchildren meant the world to him.

He is survived by his siblings, Mike Ryan, Jerry Ryan, Keith Ryan, Sharon Ryan, Mary Ryan, and Nancy Snellings; and his children, Sarah Cummings, Cindy Hinshaw, Paula Valdez, and Kevin Ryan.

Tim will be remembered for his love of family, his active spirit, and the many memories he created with those who knew and loved him.

Cremation services were entrusted to the care of Vondel Smith & Son Mortuary at South Lakes in Oklahoma City.
