Edna Lurene Henderson had a contagious smile. She lived, she laughed, and she loved. Edna left a great legacy through her family where she has been known by many names-Sis, Mom, Gram, and Mamu. Edna was born in Tuttle, OK on September 26, 1939, the 2nd of 8 children to Jacob Edward and Beatrice Lurene Waldron. She married L. B. Henderson July 20, 1956, and graduated from Mustang High School in 1957. Before retiring as the Quality Assurance Manager in 2007, Edna worked for Continental Plastics/Carlisle FoodService Products for 41 years, becoming the first 40+ year employee at the OKC location. She was proud of this accomplishment. After a courageous battle with cancer, she passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at the age of 72.

Edna was preceded in death by her:
Parents;
Brother, Oliver Robert Waldron.

She is survived by her:
Husband of 55 years, L. B. Henderson;
Children and their spouses, Annette Stuckey and Earnest, Larry Henderson and Pami, Randy Henderson and Gina;
6 grandsons, Jason Parks and PJay, Wade Stuckey and Sarah, Jeremy Parks and Becky, Brett Henderson, Blake Henderson, Zac Henderson and Elizabeth;
8 great-grandchildren, Shaolin, Tatum, Ware, Zoee, Keely, Dallas, Victoria, and Dominique;
6 siblings: Ralph Waldron and Donna, Jim Waldron and Linda, Shirley Key and Johnny, Barbara Kirby and Dale, June Hawkins and Ray, Jan Goodall and Kenny;
along with numerous relatives and long-time friends.
