Services will be 10:00 AM Tuesday February 2 at Wilmont Place Baptist Church 6440 S. Santa Fe. Elmer "Dale" Smart, 84, of Oklahoma City, passed away January 27, 2010. He was born October 7, 1925 in Drumright, Oklahoma to William G. and Marie (Davoult) Smart. Dale worked as an upholsterer and later became the owner of Scott's Seat Covers. He loved hunting and fishing, but golfing was his passion. He was a faithful member of Wilmont Place Baptist Church and since 1951 he was a Master Mason at Myrtle Lodge. Dale loved his family dearly and he will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by:
• His parents, William G. and Marie Smart;
• His wife, Nadine Katherine Smart;
• Brothers, Earl J. Smart and George Bridges;
• And sister, Lorraine Lee.

Survivors include:
• His son, Tommy D. Smart and wife Donna of Oklahoma City;
• Daughter, Lee Ann Kyle of Edmond;
• Son-in-law, Kent Anderson of Edmond;
• Sister, Bonnie Odom of Lubbock, Texas;
• 2 grandchildren, Matt and Stacey;
• 2 great grandchildren, Madison and Morgan;
• And faithful friend, Wilma Ashley.
