IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Faith
Worthy
August 25, 1998 – February 10, 2015
Faith Carol Worthy, Star Wars fanatic, music enthusiast and future chef became our angel on Tuesday, February 10, 2015. Faith, 16, was born August 25, 1998 in Norman, Oklahoma to Jan and Curtis Worthy. Those who were touched by her sweet and innocent soul know the quality of her existence far exceeds the precious time she spent with us. Her deep dimples and rosy cheeks brought light to everyone's life she entered. Faith's quick wit sure kept everyone on their toes. Some of Faith's favorite things were spending time at her lake house with her family, watching Star Wars 24/7, art with her Nana, archery, playing Minecraft on her iPad and throwing the ball for her dog Ama. Faith had a passion and love for music; she played drums, the electric guitar and was a professional at home singer. We also can't forget about her sharp Call of Duty skills on Xbox. From the time she was little, Faith talked about becoming a chef when she was older. She loved helping mommy cook in the kitchen and she was so proud of every creation she made. She was so full of life. Faith had a passion for her school. She attended Trinity School in Oklahoma City where she excelled, grew and received irreplaceable support and love. And don't even think about closing for something as silly as a snow storm! She wanted to be there every minute she could, especially on jeans day! Her face instantly brightened up when she told stories of her teachers and friends, she loved them dearly. Trinity truly was her safe haven. Faith leaves cherished memories with her loving family. She is survived by her mom and dad, Jan and Curtis Worthy, her brother and sister, Austin and Katie Worthy, and the family dog Ama. She loved and was loved by all her extended family. The viewing will be 4-8 p.m. Friday, February 13 at Vondel Smith South Lakes 4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Services to celebrate her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 14 at Southern Hills Baptist Church, 8601 S. Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Honorary donations can be made to Trinity School, 321 NW 36th St, Oklahoma City, OK or at trinityschoolokc.org. As Faith would say, "May the force be with you!"
